Dude! Awesome!

Dude! Dude! The boys over at Team Ico prepared a teaser for what appears to be the sequel for Shadow of the Colossus. Or did they? Duhn, duhn!

I went to a lot of site trying to see whether this was indeed a teaser trailer for a new game? So far I’ve only seen speculation that this is indeed a new game by Team Ico. The footage itself is “Leaked” footage that found it’s way onto the net. The tralier is called Project Trico (a working title I assume); fans would note that this could be actual footage due to the pun of the name alone. Shadow of the Colossus was called Nico. In Japanese “Ni” means two. Huh, get it? Since Shadow of the Colossus was a sequel to Ico(kinda), huh? Pretty sneaky Fumito Ueda.

Anyway: many of the sites I visted trying to confirm this as actual footage for the game has proven fruitless. A lot of sites are stating that this could just be some art student with some free time on his hands. I kinda hope it is fan made. I'm a little apperehensive about the bird/dog/thing…it looks like something they lifted from Napoleon Dynamite’s Spanish notebook. Also it kinda looks like last gen's graphics, but that's understandable the last two games themseleves had antiquated graphics.

I guess will find out this E3, since many believe the trailer was suppose to make it’s premiere there before it did on the Internet.
